Peter Theochari joins Stephenson Harwood as partner

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its asset finance capabilities with the arrival of partner Peter Theochari as a shipping and aviation finance expert within its maritime, trade and offshore (MTO) practice. He joins the firm in London.

Peter has significant experience advising a wide range of clients in the transportation sector, including banks, other financial institutions, and lessors. He advises primarily on the financing, leasing and trading of vessels, aircraft and other transportation assets, and has additional expertise in relation to the restructuring of financings of these assets.
