An experienced asset finance associate specialising in aviation finance, Amie has acted for lenders, lessors and lessees advising on complex matters including loan financings, insolvency, restructuring as well as the usual aviation transactions.
Amie is a native Korean speaker with a bachelor's degree in Russian with Japanese. Although specialising in aviation, she has also advised on several high profile, high value deals within the shipping and offshore sector. The majority of Amie's work have cross-border elements.
