Charlotte McNeilly
Managing associate
Charlotte is a managing associate in our aviation finance team based in London. Charlotte has extensive experience working on a wide range of cross-border finance, leasing and acquisition transactions in the aviation sector. Charlotte regularly acts for financiers, lessors and operators. Her experience includes commercial and ECA-backed financings, sale leasebacks, operating leases, commercial aircraft trading, asset securitisation and JOLCO transactions. Charlotte has previously worked on several award-winning transactions, was awarded aviation rising star in 2021 and has been described by clients as "quietly confident, she can stand toe-to-toe opposite even the most accomplished partners and hold her own" and a "very safe pair of hands". Charlotte also has experience of business jet financing and acquisition.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Charlotte worked in London, Paris and most recently, Singapore where she worked at an operating lessor, gaining valuable industry experience.
