Chloe Gibbons
Associate
Chloe is an associate in our commercial litigation department, with a specific focus on aviation litigation and regulation. She advises airlines, aircraft lessors and banks on a wide range of commercial litigation, aviation regulation and commercial matters.
With experience in High Court litigation, mediation, and arbitration, Chloe has successfully handled a range of complex cases involving breach of contract, debt recovery, corporate insolvency and shareholder disputes.
Chloe brings her extensive knowledge of dispute resolution to the aviation sector, ensuring her clients receive strategic and tailored legal solutions for the complex regulatory and litigation challenges they face.
She holds a degree in Law with South East Asian Law from the University of Nottingham and was admitted to practice in England & Wales in 2024. Chloe is an affiliate member of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
