Saurabh is experienced in assisting banks, airlines and leasing companies in a diverse range of transactions involving both commercial aircraft and engines. He advises on a wide variety of asset finance transactions including both operating and finance lease arrangements, sale & leaseback, JOLCO, debt financings, lease novations and redeliveries. Saurabh has also assisted with aircraft delivery from all major aircraft manufacturers to numerous international flag carriers and low-cost airlines.
Saurabh has also completed a secondment to Transportation Partners, an integrated aviation services company based in Singapore, where he advised on a wide range of deferral, restructuring and forbearance agreements in respect of aircraft and engine leases related to rescheduling of rent owed into multiple phases.
